Call Centre Agent requirements
- South African identity document
- Matric / grade 12 certificate
- Motivated well organised and dynamic individual
- Call centre experience preferably
- 6 months customer care experience
- Computer literacy essential
- Accurate typing
- Good customer care and communication skills
- English plus another language
- Own transport
- Well groomed
- Work shifts
- Fixed term contract for one (1) year
- Paid (R20) per the hour
