Call Centre Agent requirements

  • South African identity document
  • Matric / grade 12 certificate
  • Motivated well organised and dynamic individual
  • Call centre experience preferably
  • 6 months customer care experience
  • Computer literacy essential
  • Accurate typing
  • Good customer care and communication skills
  • English plus another language
  • Own transport
  • Well groomed
  • Work shifts
  • Fixed term contract for one (1) year
  • Paid (R20) per the hour
