Customer Service Agents requirements (Airport Ground Staff)

  • South African identity document
  • Matric / grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma in travel & tourism preferably
  • Computer literacy essential
  • 1 year customer care experience
  • Good customer care and communication skills
  • English plus another language
  • Drivers license
  • Own transport
  • Well groomed
  • Work shifts
