Food And Beverage Management Trainee Internship
In order to lead the F&B operation of our hotel we are looking for an F&B Management Trainee. He/she will be responsible for:
- Responsible for all food and beverage activities, including conference and banqueting
- Manage, motivate and organise the department
- Develop food and beverage concepts
- Determine needs for training and implement training within own department
- Budget planning and follow up
- Maintain and further develop the standards of operation
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Experience from a similar position or equivalent
- Relevant business education and preferably international experience
- Result oriented individual who gets things done
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative
- Outgoing, dynamic and sales focused
- Business oriented and a natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
- Should be currently studying at Hotel School
The Food & Beverage Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is a member of the Management Team.
