Main purpose of the role:
Allan Gray is looking for motivated and enthusiastic new graduates with a record of achievement to join our firm in entry level positions in business analysis, client service, technology and operations. Graduate recruits work alongside other professionals of all backgrounds from whom we draw future leaders of the firm.

Key objectives of the role:
Your key objectives will differ depending on which role you are offered. We are currently recruiting graduates for:
- Trainee Business Analyst (Institutional client services; Product development; Distribution; Information Systems);
- Trainee Client Service Consultant;
- Trainee Operations Consultant;
- Trainee Software Developer;
- Trainee Software Tester.
The following are examples of objectives central to these roles:
- To answer client, asset consultant and/or adviser queries in a detailed, accurate and timely manner
- To run efficient and accurate operational processes
- To analyse performance data or competitor products or operational or service data
- To come up with ideas for how we can improve our service to clients or our internal operations and to help implement these
- To build and maintain relationships with clients and their advisers and to convey a competent, professional and principled impression of the firm, consistent with our goals

Degree requirements
- A university track record (academic, sport, community or student leadership) that shows evidence of high achievement
- Knowledge and interest in finance and investments (highly advantageous)
