CUSTOM DEFINED ROLES

Identify Opportunities, Produce leads and Book Appointments for Line Manager with the emphasis on high Quality Leads

  • Cold Calling to existing and prospective customers, but making sure to use consultative selling approach
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
  • Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing.
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
  • Work closely with the line manager and marketing team to achieve sales objectives
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Line Manager to update information and discuss any issues
  • Liaise effectively with all departments within Netcampus to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practise Ideas

Perform Various Office Administration Duties

  • Create and send quote to client
  • Receive signed request from client and PO
  • Request PO from suppliers
  • Create cost sheet with training pack and obtain sign-off
  • Filing and document retention
  • Submit weekly report to line manager

Support the Drive Towards Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure a professional approach is practiced during all interaction with any internal and external clients
  • Ensure any risks and / or issues are addressed timeously or escalated to the Line Manager
  • Apply attention to detail in all communication and reports to ensure accuracy of information and a professional delivery of service
  • Sets and achieves high standards of excellence and on-going improvement of tasks based on determination and self-discipline

Organise Work

  • Plan daily tasks
  • Effectively utilise time on various activities
  • Arrange activities in order of priority

Manage Self

  • Plan outputs and deliverables in accordance with the outcomes and deadlines provided
  • Execute outputs in accordance with requirements
  • Document actions as required to reflect time utilisation and outputs delivered (accurate timesheets)
  • Provide support to the team as required
  • Plan and execute personal development in collaboration with management
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions with Outsourced Training team and Netcampus team

EDUCATION

  • Grade 12, NQF level 4,
  • Relevant Post Matric Qualification (Advertising / Marketing / Sales )
