CITY OF CAPE TOWN CONTACT CENTRE SUPPORT LEARNERSHIP FOR THE CORPORATE CONTACT CENTREREFERENCE NUMBER: CS 70/11

You are invited to apply for this 18 month Learnership opportunity within the City’s Corporate Contact Centre commencing in February 2012. The successful completion of the Learnership will equip you with a National Certificate in Contact Centre Support. As this is a highly stressful environment, candidates applying for this opportunity will need to be passionate about assisting customers telephonically and in writing.

To qualify for one of these excellent Learnership opportunities you will require:

  • A Senior Certificate (Gr 12)
  • fluency in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape
  • numeracy skills
  • computer skills
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • a real passion for customer service and service excellence
  • Call Centre/Customer Relations experience would be advantageous

  • Qualifying candidates will be required to write an assessment
