Remuneration: R154 032.00 – 215 880.00 per annum



  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • A three (3) year, career related tertiary qualification ( National Diploma) or equivalent qualification will be an advantage
  • Relevant Customer Care and Call Centre experience
  • Computer literate (extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage


  • Excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge and skills in telephone etiquette as well as call handling;
  • Experience with working as part of a team;
  • Target driven
  • Disciplined and self-motivated;
  • Experience in handling complex complaints;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good command of various South African languages will be an advantage


  • Managing and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Develop and sustain positive relationships with all customers and co-workers through the delivery of quality service both internally and externally
  • Managing and resolving a variety of customer queries and complaints
  • Effectively answer all calls within the CoT defined time limits and to resolve customer queries and escalating calls where necessary
  • Capturing and recording customers’ requests and information
  • To record and capture customer details accurately, classify reasons for calls and retrieve information from the systems
  • Meeting and adhering to performance standards
  • To analyse achievements in relation to performance standards and target and adhere to call centre schedules
  • Handling all correspondence and administrative tasks
