The Service Desk Agent will be responsible and accountable for providing first-level technical and customer orientated support to the Curo Fund Services users and client base, resolving moderately complex technical and non-technical queries and ensuring the service we provide to the client base adheres to the agreed Service Level Agreement standards.  This position is in Bellville which is the location for Curo Fund Services.  The candidate will be part of a Service Desk Team.

Check and execute trade updates, repair and confirmation within SA market, by ensuring data is complete, accurate, timely and delivered within accordance with SLA requirements. Liaison with team members, counterparties, CSDP’s and clients to carry out functions.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Finance and Accounting
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office
  • Demonstrate understanding of Financial instruments
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • Individual who can use initiative, take ownership of issues/problems
  • Be analytical, have technical and problem solving skills
  • Have organizational and interpersonal skills
