Qualification

  •  Degree / Diploma in Communication

Responsibilities

  •  Managing the InsureClaims inbox and InsureComplaints inbox
  •  Emailing and liaising with persons within the business, clients and brokers to finalize and resolve queries and / or complaints
  •  Perform any other related functions requested by Management
