- An LLB degree
- A valid code EB (previously code 8) driver’s license (recommended);
- Receive training towards qualifying as an admitted attorney.
- Perform court work, draft pleadings and opinions under supervision of the Principal attorney.
- Perform other duties in keeping with training that is required of a candidate attorney.
NOTE: Candidate Attorneys will be exposed to more complex work performed by State Attorneys, including litigation, expropriation, insolvencies and labour related matters.
