Hernic Ferrochrome (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Tokyo-based Mitsubishi Corporation, is the 4th largest integrated Ferrochrome producer in the world, situated in Brits, North West Province, about 30km from Pretoria, 50km from Johannesburg and 15km from the Hartbeespoort Dam. The organisation is an integrated mining company, which has its own chrome ore resources as well as four furnaces, one of them being the biggest ferrochrome-producing furnace in the world. You will be expected to: complete the programme as agreed ● Understand company activities and processes within the allocated department ● Shadow line managers (s) ● Ensure adherence to the company’s SHEQ management and programme and policies ● Perform all tasks assigned to you ● Execute minor projects ● Understand company strategy with the department ● Liaise with stakeholders by coordinating the implementation of project and service level agreements.

Requirements: Relevant degree, National Diploma or S4 qualification ● Good communication and interpersonal skills ● medically fit ● Good academic track record ● Good analytical skills ● Computer literacy in MS Office.
