Primary Functions: Reponsible for the execution of web authoring activities to efficiently modify customer information to make it easily accessible for the user of the information ● to provide initial problem determination analysis of desktop software and hardware remotely via telephone, email or fax nad facilitating the resolution of reported problems ● manage all changes that could impact the ability to deliver services to the client through a formal centralised process of approval, scheduling and control to ensure that the IT infrastructure stays aligned to business requirements with a minimum risk ● identify, control and audit the information required to manage IT services by defining and maintaining a database of controlled items, their status, lifecycles and relationships and any information need to manage the quality of IT services costs effectively ● minimise the impact of service disruptions to the business by restoring that service ● Analysing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems ● applying OS updates, patches and configuration changes. Ensure that the network infrastructure is up and running.
