To provide before & after sales service to customers and resolve issues and or queries on products available at the iStores.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Answers all calls professionally as per the require company standard,
  • Handles and resolves customer complaints,
  • Identify and escalate priority issues,
  • ¬†Provide product, services and operational information,
  • Follow up on customer queries where necessary, Provides feedback on the effectiveness of policies and procedures within the iStores,
  • Follows up and reports on all customer purchases in the iStore.

Administration:

  • Keeps call log,
  • Completes all necessary related reports,
  • Updating existing database.
