We offer you the opportunity to work with specialists in our various divisions and learn and develop as much as you can during the 12 month programme:

  • You will have the privilege of being mentored and guided by a member of the Executive team
  • You will have a personal development plan and your performance will be reviewed on a regular basis

Must have proven academic excellence in a tertiary qualification (post graduate degree will be an advantage) in the following disciplines:

  • Investment Management
  • Business Science
  • Mathematics
  • Statistics
  • Commerce (Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Law)
  • Business Information Systems
  • Computer Science
  • Business Analysis
  • Chartered Accounting
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical ability
  • Computer literacy
