Mandeni Municipality adopted an In-Service Policy with the intention of creating an opportunity for students to gain experience in the work-place. It is for this reason that the Municipality is inviting applications for in-service training to be exposed in the following areas:
|Human Resources Management (x3)||Studying towards OR in possession of Diploma in the field of Human Resources Management|
|Community Services (x1)||Studying towards OR in possession of Diploma in Community Development Studies|
|Public Participation Public Relations (x1)||Studying towards OR possession of Diploma in the field of Public Relations or Marketing|
|Council Support (x1)||Studying towards OR possession of Diploma in the field of Office Management|
|Planning (x1)||Studying towards OR in possession of Diploma in the field of Human Resources Management|
|Communication (x1)||Studying towards OR possession of Diploma in the field of Public Relations or Marketing|
|Monitoring & Evaluation (x1)||Studying towards OR possession of Diploma in the field of Monitoring & Evaluation|
|Records Management (x1)||Studying toward OR possession of Diploma in field of Records Management|
REQUIREMENTS: If the applicant is currently studying a letter from the Institution requesting for In-Service Training is the requirement. The applicant should be the person/s residing within the jurisdiction of Mandeni Municipality. The person should have good interpersonal skills, be ftuent in speaking English and be computer literate,
DUTIES: The In-Service Trainee will work under a strict supervision of his or her mentor following an inservice programme.
STIPEND: The Municipality will pay a Stipend of R2500.00 per month. There sha ll be no benefits or salary for In-Service Trainees except the stipend, which will be paid in accordance to the Municipal policy.
