Education

  • Matric/ Grade 12 with maths or maths literacy and English fluency

Key Performance Areas:

Game  management:    

  • Pace of game: Spins and hands dealt per hour meet operational standards
  • Customer interaction (greeting and eye contact) as per standards
  • Financial transactions / pay-outs are accurate and timeous
  • All ICS standards adhered to

Guest Service:

  • Staff uniform, hygiene and appearance is maintained as per SOP
  • Guests are treated according to the One Sun Customer Framework
  • Mystery Guest targets are met
  • Complaint, disputes and suggestions are escalated as per SOP
  • Promotion information is provided to guests
  • Service offered / Guest needs are addressed as per SOP
  • MVG processes have been adhered to

Communication:

  • Dealer to dealer game handover communicated as per requirement
  • Inspectors are kept informed of information relevant to the game
  • Equipment defects communicated immediately

Table Hygiene:

  • All equipment is functional (in working order) at all times
  • Table cleanliness as per standards / checklist
