Job Mission

To represent the current state of the organisation through process modelling and capturing of attributes into the Enterprise Model data base referencing the Process Methodology and Process Governance / Standards

 Graduate Process Analyst

  • Works within the Operating Model process team to support the business by modelling detailed business processes graphically representing how business is done (as-is) and how business is to be done (to-be) across the MTN SA organisation
  • Creates business processes by:
  1. complying with the MTN Process Methodology
  2. complying with the MTN Process Governance and standards
  3. preparing and capturing the processes in ARIS using the MTN Process standardised modelling notation to ensure a consistent representation of the business
  • Collect process requirements from stakeholders to model processes
  • Validate the process requirements with stakeholders and business analysts
  • Assist with impact analysis on enterprise processes
  • Conduct quality assurance on modelled processes
  • Assist in maintaining a central repository of business processes architectures for MTN SA
  • Capture relevant process context information or metadata on ARIS and maintain as required
  • Maintenance of process catalogues and libraries while ensuring compliance to governance
  • Provide regular feedback and status reports on work done
  • Attend all teams and departmental meetings relevant to the Process Analysis function
  • Assist in the delivery of projects, initiatives and changes relating to process where required

 Educational requirements

  • Degree in B.Com Information Technology, Engineering (with business background), Computer Science (with business background) or relevant experience
  • Graduate program – experience limited to experience gained during studies
  • Process modelling applications will be an advantage
  • Business process and process mapping knowledge
