Assist employee comms manager with coordination and execution of the following:

  • Meet the Exec breakfast
  • Monthly Shairfairs
  • Other employee engagement events and activities

Manage the content and updates on various employee communication platforms – intranet, bathroom communication.

Assist employee comms manager with drafting and execution of comms plans for various campaigns.

Creative presentation of communication platforms – for emailers, management toolkit, staff facebook, video, creative presentations etc.

SAP: travel requirements

Administration: Finance log invoices and track payment process

CI assistance

  • Sponsorship Events
  • Manage the upkeep of banners and other collateral
  • Assist the CI team with site inspections, branding implementations
    Written skills for drafting comms on campaigns
