Employee communications assistance

  • Strong Written Communication – write articles for various platforms e.g Network News, intranet, emails
  • Assist employee comms manager with coordination and execution of the following:
    • Meet the Exec breakfast
    • Monthly Shairfairs
    • Other employee engagement events and activities
  • Manage the content and updates on various employee communication platforms – intranet, bathroom communication
  • Assist employee comms manager with drafting and execution of comms plans for various campaigns
  • Creative presentation of communication platforms – for emailers, management toolkit, staff facebook, video, creative presentations etc
  • Administration: Finance log invoices and track payment process

Corporate Services assistance

  • Sponsorship Events
    • Manage the upkeep of banners and other collateral
    • Assist the CS team with site inspections, branding implementations
  • Assist with management of corporate gifts
  • Knowledge Management Sharediretory
    • Data capturing of CDs, Dvds
    • Keep the information up to date
  • Assist with management of external MultiChoice brand campaigns
  • Administration: Finance log invoices and track payment process

CSI assistance

  • Assistance with the successful coordination of the Employee Volunteering programme
  • Assist with coordination and execution of the CSI flagship programme
  • Draft responses to funding requests

Events and Brand assistance

  • Assist with organising and coordinating internal and external events
  • Assist in maintaining a comprehensive stakeholder database
  • Assist with new and existing VIP queries
  • Assist with coordination of MCSA Group Tours

Travel for all the above teams

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or related qualification
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Adobe creative suite

  • Cross functional awareness – Understanding the different contributions from other divisions and working with colleagues from across the organisation to achieve better results.
