Role Description

To provide assistance with basic IT Technical issues like installing programmes resetting passwords, Microsoft office installations, printer installations, understand IT Terminology and can read, understand installation manual for different client programmes on desktops

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Resolve desktop support issues
  • Resolve desktop support issues and direct other calls to second line support
  • Help users with SharePoint sites issues

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Preferably at student who completed theory at technicon or one who has both A+ and N+ qualification
  • Applicants who have MSCE plus IT Diploma will be an added advantage
  • Previous Intern experience will also be an added advantage
