- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Must be computer literate in MSOffice.
- Daily reconciliation of returns and customer credits.
- Checking of cash / credit invoices.
- Liaise with Debriefing / Drivers / Distribution regarding customer and route queries.
- Capturing claims for all customers.
- Liaise with Drivers and keep record of stock shortages.
