Reconciliation Clerk

Requirements:

  •  Grade 12 or equivalent.
  •  Must be computer literate in MSOffice.
  •  Daily reconciliation of returns and customer credits.
  •  Checking of cash / credit invoices.
  •  Liaise with Debriefing / Drivers / Distribution regarding customer and route queries.
  •  Capturing claims for all customers.
  •  Liaise with Drivers and keep record of stock shortages.

Requirements:

  •  Bookkeeping Diploma or equivalent
  •  Ms Excel
  •  Capturing of information into BPCS
  •  Daily Investigation and reporting
  •  Backup to BPCS Key User
  •  Support for other system administrators
  •  Month end problem solving and reporting
