Job Description

The role will require you to actively market and nurture new and existing business, as well as continually seek out opportunities to further enhance your business. In addition you will match and manage client and candidate expectations and be an integral part of growing the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be able to identify potential clients within specialist fields
  • Be able to negotiate as favourable Terms of business with potential clients in favour of PeopleSolved
  • Be able to identify potential candidates to fulfil clients requirements within specialist fields
  • Responsible for ensuring PeopleSolved’s penetration of new accounts by delivering the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Utilising extensive and innovative client & candidate attraction strategies that are relevant to the current requirement this may include advertising vacancies on job boards, developing a referral network, exhausting the existing database and demonstrates excellent head hunting skills
  • Responsible for developing technical and market awareness
  • Close candidates on job offers, including counter offers, and external agency offers etc
  • Ensure you build a strong referral network
  • Responsible for working with the Manager in achieving team and personal objectives
  • Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and application database development Competencies
