PPS is committed to training and development of young people, and contributing to reducing unemployment in the country. The 2012 programme was a big success and all the graduates have been employed permanently in the business. We are proud to see them flourish and contribute positively to the organisation. This programme forms part of our development plans for staff as well as our transformation objectives.
The GDP is targeted at unemployed learners from previously disadvantaged communities. The programme provides the learners with work experience and soft skills training. The graduate’s success is ensured through a supportive environment as they are allocated good managers, mentors, on the job coaches, a social buddy and a dedicated programme coordinator.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree
