A three year qualification in Stats or related field is required.
Must be South African citizens as per EE Act.
The candidate must have strong administrative skills and be highly computer literate.
Highly numerate and proficient on excel and can help with data capturing, statistical analysis, interpretation and problem solving.
The person will be placed in HR and will be exposed to the entire HR function but will be expected to largely focus on collecting ,organising and analysing data in the following key areas: Compensation and benefits (including overtime , leave, absenteeism), job analysis, Employment Equity, Skills Development , Performance Management and Talent Management statistical analysis.
Will need to capture, organise data, check for inaccuracies, use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel to model and interpret the information, build graphs, charts and tables and compile reports, identify trends etc.
Must have strong analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, work independently, take initiative, be persistent and innovative.
We will employ on a graduate trainee/work experience program for at least two years.
