Requirements: Matric / NQF Level 4 ● B Com / Diploma in Financial Management ● Computer literacy.

Responsibilities: ● compiling and managing capital and operating budget ● determining service tariffs and property rates ● Financial Accounting (recording  of transactions) ● compiling annual financial statements ● implementing and  managing GRAP ● implementing the Municipal Financial Management and  Reform Act ●financial reporting to Portfolio Committees ● internal control and  risk management ● communicating with the Community and Client Care Services ● compiling of the Integrated Development Plan.
