Internship opportunities exist within the Western Cape Liquor Authority. The intention of this advertisement is to source applications and to create a database of qualified people.

You are required to submit your CV, indicating your qualification details, working experience (if any) and competencies. This detail will be captured and maintained on a database for selection purposes on a continuous basis.


  • A one year recognised post-matric qualification in one of the following fields:
    o    Administration.
    o    Business Management.
    o    Finance.
    o    Supply Chain Management.
    o    Human Resources.
    o    Secretarial Duties.
    o    Inspectorate Communication.

Further Requirement:

  • Proof of relevant completed qualification should be attached to the application.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Successful incumbents will mostly be involved in administrative duties and related and must be competent in these required fields:
    o    Administrative skills.
    o    Report writing skills.
    o    Proven computer literacy.
    o    Good communication (written and verbal) skills in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape.
    o    Ability to work well within a disciplined environment and within a team.
    o    Must be able to meet strict deadlines.
