Required Trades:

•  Earth Moving Equipment Mechanics 
• Diesel Mechanics 
• Welders 
• Auto Electricians

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies
• Actively work towards achieving required goals 
• Assist Artisan with breakdown maintenance/Planned maintenance 
• Fault finding
• Requisition of parts needed 
• Job Cards . Follow up on breakdowns

Minimum Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate
• N2 Engineering Certificate (four subjects) with the relevant trade subjects
• Valid driver’s licence 
• Must be medically fit and pass a medical examination as required from the designated mines
