Guys,

The site will have a few changes in the next few days or so.

[Unifying the Desktop and Mobile Websites]

Due to time management and productivity reasons the mobile website will be disabled. Visitors will be directed to a simplified version of the main website. Honestly, there is nothing wrong with the mobile website (and I do like it) but developing/updating two products (PC and mobile) is becoming a time wasting exercise. And if you notice, there are some features on the main website that haven’t made it to the mobile site yet even though I planned to develop them in the first place.

So, if you want to see what the main site looks like on your phone go to the bottom of the screen and click “Exit Mobile Version”.

[Your Applications]

This is the same old story of people not reading: even though it has slowed down a lot in recent weeks, there are still people who send their CVs to the site admin. In the past people used to get feedback in order to send their applications to the right place but that is becoming a waste of time.

So, if you applied for something and didn’t get anything maybe you sent it to the site admin from there it went straight to the trash bin (got deleted).

It’s called attention to detail people. It is a quality required by every employer. Do something about it!

Oh no, this is just devastating to those of us who can only afford to log on to the mobile site. I know the full site seemed to have a lot going on it and a bit confusion at times!!! I really love the mobile site. Its pretty much to the point and extremely convenient… I will sadly miss it 🙁

    Lol 🙂

    Dear Site Admin….
I am sure you know what went through my mind when I read this.
When I first started reading it I thought you were doing so well! Until I got to the end haha 🙂
But it is ok, we understand the frustration that comes when people don’t listen, especially after repeating yourself several times!

    • Site Editor says:

LOL… We’re getting there my dear. You have no idea how soothing it is to have people like you around.

  • sbusiso mazibuko says:

If the site admin ends up going with his/her decision to discontinue the mobile site, there’s absolutely no need to panic guys… I’m sure most of you are familiar with Opera Mini 7 (or 4.4 for older phones)… i’ve loaded the main page using Opera and it loaded just fine, and it didn’t use that much data, just 12kb (mobile site was 9kb)… You can also disable images to save some bandwith, which may bring it down to 9kb… TRY IT OUT.

To the site admin, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! 😀
