The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) invites applications from suitably qualified South African unemployed youth graduates to participate in the Internshipprogramme. The programme aims at exposing these graduates to workplace practices in order obtain work experience and to maximize their chances of employability. Positions areall based in Pretoria for graduates between the ages of 18 and 35 years for a fixed period of 12 months.

Candidates shall be paid a stipend of R4 000 per month.

 CONDITIONS

  • Applicants should be unemployed youth graduates who are in possession of an appropriate post school qualification (NCV Level 4, N6, or tertiary qualification)
  • Applicants should not have previously served as Public Service interns
