Henkel: Graduate / Internship Programme 2022

Requirements
- Supports day-to-day credit management activities for assigned customers debt collection.
- Assists with month end closing activities and process for timely delivery.
- Preparation of monthly meetings with business units to analyze Accounts Receivables & overdue performance.
- Supports regular OTC process reviews to ensure adherence with Henkel’s corporate standards.
- Participates and proactively supports finance projects for example in the area of digitalization, CSR or process optimization.
- Supports the monthly standard reporting process for Adhesives and works together with financial controlling & accounting during the month-end closing to ensure adherence to accounting standards.
- Conducts monthly review of structural block costs and identifies and formulates block cost allocation keys per SBU based on updated guidelines.
- Tracking and steering of material price variances and other operational KPIs (eg. working capital, transport costs, processing costs, gross profit).
- Supports preparation of presentations for business unit meetings where financial input/commentary is required.
- Performs monthly variance analysis of financial results vs. budget / previous year and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
