Summary
McCain Foods (SA) offers a year of work experience, learning and development to young, recently qualified graduates. As a Graduate Trainee, you will learn and gain experience in the world of processing frozen food and our Springs or Delmas plants. You will also be exposed to various areas of the business, to ensure that you develop your skills as a valuable member of our production team.
During the year you will be trained on Business Etiquette, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skill and Leadership Skills. You will also learn about food processing, raw material intake, quality assurance, stores and food safety.
Requirements
If you hold a tertiary qualification, preferably a Degree or Diploma in Production or Operations Management, if you are younger than 25 years, with excellent academic results, a “can do spirit”, energy, a drive to achieve and exposure to leadership roles, you are the ideal candidate for this excellent development opportunity.
