The internship will allow individuals to be trained on the basics of a retail outlet, making them able to operate on both the sales floor and the service desk functions, and give them an insight into leadership roles in this environment. Working with customers and stock will be a key focus area.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and form knowledge critical to the retail environment
• Assist customers with finding merchandise
•  Merchandising the store according to the company principals
• How to process payments and purchases
• Opening new accounts
•  Maintaining or controlling stock losses
• Building relationships with customers

Qualifications and Experience
