THE PREMIER’S ADVANCEMENT OF YOUTH (PAY) PROJECT –

• The Purpose:
  To give 1000 of the 2011 matriculants the opportunity to work in the Western Cape Government (WCG) for a period of one year to obtain some work experience and training.
• The Target Audience:
  Matriculants who are not going to study further and who are unemployed
