• Be unemployed
• Must have obtained a qualification in Community Development / Environmental Management / Electrical Engineering  (TVET) / Hospitality / Human Resources Management / Office Administration / Social Science from a University or University of Technology.
• Must have a strong academic record
• Highly proficient with computers with working knowledge of MS Office.
