This is not a permanent opportunity. The programme will be for a period of approximately 6 months, contracted on an individual basis. The outcome of the programme is to make the learners more employable in the following discipline:
Mining: Learners will be exposed to various mining earth-moving equipment.
Requirements:
Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics or N3 Mathematics Certificate (please attach proof to application) or alternatively a Grade 12 without mathematics and proof of Grade 10 with mathematics (please attach proof to application). Applicants must be in position of valid code 8/10 drivers licences (please attach proof to application). A N1/N2 Communication will ban an advantage. Applicants must be older than 21years.
The screening will include psychometric testing, LPCat, an interview and Medical examination.
Remuneration:
The initial salary will be determined in accordance with Kumba Iron Ore Ltd. regulations.
