Qualification

•  BComm or Business Science degree with a Human Resources or Psychology major or Social Science degree with commerce subjects and relevant major
•  BBA @ TSiBA
•  Matric maths essential preferably higher grade and statistics an advantage

Requirements

• Working understanding of MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerPoint and MSOutlook is advantageous
•  Database experience is also an advantage

Responsibilities

•  Assist with maintenance of HR databases
•  Ensure the filing system is maintained, all filing related to people practices
•  Assist with the capturing of training on the HR System (CRS)
•  Assist to capture all KPI’s, objectives and training to the relevant databases on the HR System (CRS)
