The year is almost halfway through and many things have happened (career wise). Hopefully good things….

I want to think you, like many, started the year with a list of things you want to achieve or do to take your life to another level. Some call such things resolutions and some call them goals.

So, with the aim of sharing your lessons with others, how has it been like for you over the last six months?

“What is in for me”? You might ask…

Well, this is another giveaway and so there is a lot of airtime to be won.

How to Win?

You must answer the following questions:

  • What, if anything, has been the most  satisfying moment of your life (careerwise) so far?
  • What, if anything, hasn’t worked?
  • What lesson have you learned that others should know about?

Your answer could be about your performance at school or the new internship, bursary etc. you found via this site.

What do you Win?

  • If you win, you will be one of 10 lucky visitors to win an airtime voucher of between R50 and R60. The amount will depend on which cellular you’re suing.

One more thing: I will have to keep in contact with you after the announcement of the winner to get your mobile service provider. So, you need to enter your email address properly.

    1. Every year upon registration I set myself goals academically, spiritual, sport and socially. I managed to easily pass all first semester subjects with an average of 69% and I initially had set myself a 70% average. I am very pleased and happy as it is my first time obtaining such an average, for the past 3 years I had never even though things were easier back then, I am currently doing a B.Tech in Cost and Management Accounting.

    2. What has not worked, my plans of studying in advance and setting unreasonable and beyond expectation goals in terms of socially to please other people and surroundings. Staying and keeping the same motivation I had when the year begun became impossible and seemed to decrease daily.

    3. It is highly vital and imperative for one to understand, know, appreciate and practice his or her own way of doing things especially if they working for you. Each and everything we do daily be it academically or not, that certain thing daily builds the kind of person we become as time progresses. I would like to study in advance but I can not because that is how I have programmed myself (not intentionally) from high school to be and it is highly working for me even though there is a big room for improvement. In a nutshell I have learned each individual should identify and work according to his or her strenght, abilities and capabilities.

This year it was never my year i have dreams, and most of all i just want to see my self in the construction place, but the way things are in this place i am living it is not easy to gert a job in the construction field if you are a girl.Sometimes i feel lonely and giving up,i have no one to tarlk to most time i am in paine, but now that i know this web sight it had shown me many opotunities that i can get and it has educate me that i am not the only one in this life we are all full of ambitions we all have goals but to some of us we still have some challenges to face, but one day all the paine will stop as long as i dont loose hope. This year i am happy to say i have up grade my certificate to diploma in civil engineering, even though i lack capital but i wont give up.Life is full of challeges and difficults that we have to face no matter you like it or not,but giving up is not an option

    1. Am doing grade 12 in the commercial stream where by I have managed to pass my challenging subject ACCOUNTING with level 7 on my first term report and I was awarded a certificate for participation in drama which has shown me my strength in the first 6 months.
    .
    2. I had challenges which led me not getting the target fixed mark of 65 percent and I got a mark which was 62. The challenges were time management and sometimes laziness.

    3. Something I have learned is that dedication, discipline and time management are the 3 qualities of a successful learner. Sometimes in life you need to be focused and not be taken over by temptations which will not contribute in your studies positively. Lastly in life I have learned that you need to ignore things which you will not benefit you.
