Glencore Rustenburg Plant has opportunities for candidates who would like to join the Learnership Programme in order to qualify as Artisans in the following disciplines:

• Rigging
• Boilermaker
• Fitting
• Electrical
• Diesel Mechanic

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Full N2 for Rigging, Boilermaker, Fitting, Electrical and Diesel Mechanic
• Knowledge of the HSEC System
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
