Requirements

Unemployed graduates with a recognized National Diploma/B- Tech Degree in Human Resource Management/Development. He/she must be self-driven and must be computer literate. The incumbent must be able to work under pressure and should have good interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and writing).

Duties

The successful candidate will be trained on: Identify training needs Develop Workplace Skills Plan Develop Training & procedure manual / guide Develop and Implement Service delivery & training policies Develop training material Coordinate training Administer bursaries Administer Internships and Learnerships Compile reports on training and projects Keep financial records of all directorate’s activities Minute taking Dealing with procurement issues Perform administrative duties Develop Service Delivery & Training policies.
